In keeping with the SEEA revision process itself, the consultation on CICES has been designed as an iterative process that can take account of the widest possible views. The discussions that have occurred since CICES version 3 was circulated in 2011 have resulted in a proposed revision of CICES which has culminated in ‘Version 4.3’.
